Ruth McDowell Kinnard, University of Alabama, speaks to L. Virginia Nicholas Provost, College of William & Mary, about her experiences as a collegian in Delta Mu Chapter at the University of Alabama, serving as traveling secretary from 1940-1942, fraternity associate director from 1946-1948, fraternity collegiate secretary from 1948-1952, and fraternity president from 1952-1956. She also discusses her family life, her experiences attending conventions, and her fond memories of working closely with Mary K. Wise Jensen, Butler University, and Frances Priddy McDonald, University of Missouri. Ruth recounts the major initiatives undertaken during her presidency, including the improvement of alumnae relations and programming, the establishment of the Golden Circle program, and the revision of the Tri Delta Constitution.

Sara Vaughn Gabbard, University of Illinois at Urbana, speaks to Gloria Hoffman Snyder, University of Texas, during the 1986 dedication of the 2313 Brookhollow Plaza Drive Executive Office about her time serving as president from 1980-1984 and her work on the Tri Delta Centennial Committee. She recounts her work for the 1982, 1984, and 1988 Conventions, the decision to purchase the plot of land for the 2313 Brookhollow Plaza Drive Executive Office, and the debate over whether to fund the National Humanities Center. Sara also discusses some of the major initiatives she oversaw, including expanding the field secretary program, restoring the graduate counselor program, and the recolonization of Alpha Chapter at Boston University.
