President Zoe Gore Perrin, University of Colorado Boulder, right, and War Service Projects Chairman Mary Loomis Stuart, University of Vermont, receive the China Relief Legion Award and the Fellowship of the White Orchid Award from Dr. B.A. Garside, vice president of United China Relief.
