Rosemary Oliver, University of Texas, asks committee members to review the minutes of the 1952 Convention, at the suggestion of Ruth McDowell Kinnard, University of Alabama. Handwritten notes from Convention Committee members are included in this memo. A second page of signatures shows that Chairman Elizabeth Hewitt Blessed, Syracuse University, Marie Ray Walker, University of Montana, and Fay Knickerbocker Myers, Duke University, have read and approve the minutes.
