In this letter, Richard C. Shadyac, the CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, congratulates Executive Director Cari Fitzgerald Cook, Texas at Arlington, and Tri Delta for raising $1.3 million for the teen room at St. Jude in Memphis, Tennessee. Shadyac informs Cook that he will not be at the endowment ceremony and plans to retire at the end of June 2005.
