She shares recollections of the Tri Deltas she served with in leadership and discusses the value of chapter visits for both fraternity officers and collegians. Jeanne also discusses different initiatives to support chapters, the liberalization of Tri Delta's recommendation and recruitment policies, changes to the badge design to make badges more affordable, and the decision to increase collegiate and alumnae member dues.

Jody and Marchetea explain the Delta Shop's origins as the brainchild of Fraternity Treasury Marie Weigt Fletcher, Cornell University, as a fundraiser for the building fund and its success in raising $20,000 apiece for the Delta Century Fund and the Crescent Fund during its first 20 years of operation. They also describe some of the types of merchandise sold at the Delta Shop and note what tends to be most popular. The recording also includes audio of a number of Tri Delta songs.
