Charles Blitzer to Jean Gaines Letter, April 18, 1988

In this letter, National Humanities Center Director Charles Blitzer accepts Tri Delta President Jean Hunt Gaines', University of California, Los Angeles, proposed agreement between the two organizations. Blitzer also thanks Tri Delta for it's generosity and cooperation in forming said agreement. The letter Blitzer is responding to can be found on "Jean H.
